Peter is survived by his loving mother Lydia, his brother Kurt Bakowski and his 4 sisters, Marina Bakowski, Rose (Ernie) Courtoreille, Christine (Tim) Hankey and Rita (Ken) Wahl. He is also survived by 7 nieces, 7 nephews, 11 great nephews and 2 great neices. Peter was predeceased by his loving father Hannes Rudolf Bakowski.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at CHRIST TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 416 12th Street South, Lethbridge, AB.

Interment will follow at the Coaldale Cemetery.
